Get rooted through strength, education, and yoga.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, certified yoga instructor, and life-long ballet dancer, movement has always played an integral role in my life. I believe movement is medicine and that it has the power to inspire, empower, and transform us.
The reason I love yoga is because it allows us to access our own creative power, energy and healing. The reason I love being a physical therapist and yoga teacher is that I get to inspire and empower people to make positive changes in their lives, to become the best version of themselves, and most importantly - to access their own personal power. Yoga offers connection to others, and to yourself at a deeper and more profound level. I want to help you do that!
I currently practice as a certified physical therapist in North Seattle where I assist patients with specific orthopedic and pelvic health issues on a personalized, one on one, basis. Both in-person and telehealth visits are available!
In addition to group yoga classes, workshops, and retreats, I also offer individualized, private yoga instruction in the greater Seattle area or through Zoom. I specialize in Vinyasa, Hatha and Pre & Postpartum Yoga.
