Grounded Roots Virtual Yoga Retreat
Give yourself the gift of grounding your roots and improving your emotional and physical wellbeing. Let Tania Parker and Ashlie Emert, physical therapists and registered yoga teachers, guide you through movement, empowerment and inner peace! The retreat will include 2 yoga classes, 2 meditation classes, and 2 workshops!
This retreat will focus on the first chakra., also called muladhara. It is located at the base of the spine. “Muladhara” means root, and is associated with the earth element, linked to your ability to dig in and feel firmly rooted in your life. Balancing this chakra ground you the earth, stabilizing and brining balance to your life.

8:00-8:15 Opening + Set Intention
8:15-9:15 All Levels Grounded Gentle Yoga
9:15-10:00 Workshop 1: Mindful Goal Setting
10:00-10:45 Root Chakra Meditation + Workshop 2: Pranayama
10:45-11:45 Levels Grounded Power Vinyasa Yoga
11:45-12:00 Metta Meditation
12:00 Closing
Investment
$50 full retreat/ $ 25 two classes / $15 single class
Full retreat participation is not required, you may join individual classes if you wish.
Please note the opening, closing and metta meditation are included with any class purchase.
